Sean West is going to make his debut start today against the suddenly unstoppable Rays but he will offer the Marlins something they need more of - pitching that can generate outs without relying on defense. The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Ricky Nolasco is being sent down to AAA New Orleans while Sean West will be called up and make his debut being called up from AA Jacksonville.
