The Florida Marlins have announced that they are planting a webcam which will allow fans to watch in real time (well, 15 minute increments) the construction of the new ballpark. The bids are in and finalized. In a press release, the Marlins announced they are going to award the construction of the new stadium to Hunt/Moss Join Venture as their construction manager - set to begin in November.
