Matt Lindstrom was optioned to AAA Albuquerque, the same fate that Taylor Tankersley had endured earlier in the season. It seems to be paying off for the Tank, and the Marlins brass hopes it will allow Lindstrom to get his mechanics and control back together again. Marlins Take First Game Against Mets; Call Up Relievers

Jose Reyes did his best to show that he is the best SS in the NL, but it wasn't enough to derail the Marlins who won tonight's series opener 7-3.
