There is an ongoing issue with the Marlins scorer regarding the June 27 game in which the official box score has the Marlins with only 26 outs while losing a 9-inning game. That is not the only issue we’ve had with a scorer this year. With stats being such an integral part of the game, the rules need to be followed, otherwise the stats are not comparable and become meaningless. Below is regarding the April 21 game in Houston when Hanley was charged with interference during a run-down:

THE PLAY
At 9:44 pm EST, Hanley Ramirez was charged with interference by the 3rd base umpire. After waiting several (11) minutes for the MLB official scores to update on ESPN, Yahoo, and CBSSportsline, all still showed no Marlins errors and Josh Johnson charged with three earned runs.
