    I think Tino’s hiring as our hitting coach is a great move. A coup, even. This guy is going to be a manager someday but to have a guy who is respected within the Yankees organization break out onto our bench is critical.

    And I can’t help but wonder, would the Marlins be more inclined to take on ARod’s $114M paycheck with Tino on the bench? Could this smooth the way?
